Not looking forward to this game at all. Almost everytime this season when a big game is a must win or at least a must not lose we consistantly come up short. Chelsea home & away, needing to bounce back at Norwich, looking to beat a depleted arsenal away, Wigan cup game, Barca home game. Too many times has this happened.

I predict a 3-1 loss

That's the pellegrini factor. He's a fucking choker. And will choke again on Sunday unfortunately

Not really - that's why I included defensive actions, the higher they are the better they are regardless of games played. To achieve more defensive actions tells you that he does a lot more, as a result - wins a lot more balls.

The proof is in the pudding mate - we'll see come Sunday.

Key point from my original post is that you're expected to win and anything less than a win should be seen as a failure.

Is this the best you've got then, when it actually comes down to it?

'We'll see come Sunday'

You have a 33.3 per cent chance of being able to come on here and say 'See, I told you so!'

Just like every other fucking opponent we happen to face on any given weekend.

You don't have a Scooby, like the rest of us. It's your gut. nothing more.

Everything else just keeps you that little bit warmer at night between now and Sunday.

We can base our opinions on what we have seen our team perform and achieve over the last three years.

Liverpool fans seemingly want to base theirs on nothing more than the fact 'We're Liverpool FC'.

FACT, as Rafa would say.
Actually, the facts are...we have won 23 games this season and lost 5...you have won 22 and lost 5.

Of our 16 home games we have won 14 and lost only 1. Of your 16 away games you have won only 8 and lost 4.

We have every reason to be confident of a win. And that my friend is a Rafa FACT!

Disingenuous.

We may well have lost 4 and only won 8 of our away games, but look at the split.

First 6 away matches, won 1, drew 1, lost 4.

Next 10 away games, won 7, drew 3, lost 0.

I'd wager our away form over the last 5 months is a damn sight more relevant than our away form over the first couple of months of the season, where a new manager with a new squad in a new league was still trying to find his feet.

Also your fantastic home form doesn't include the 2 toughest games you'll have at home all season, us and Chelsea. Remove the Liverpool and Chelsea games from our home record and it would still be 100%!

You should be confident City's record over the last 20 years has been poor we struggle to win there but we have had 5 draws and a loss in the last few years.. I'd settle for a draw now

He's either not too bright, or just doesn't read.

The post said City opinions are formed more on results and success over the last three years.

He not moving the goalposts, he's nicking them....

Then again, why change the habit of a lifetime.

WOW. How original! Again you turn to insults because you have no argument.

I came here to engage you in a battle of wits, unfortunately, i see you have turned up unarmed.

Sooooo you decide to reinforce a media portrayal by stating sakashit is a superior player to Demi, what's laughable is if your watched the guy, read a few stats now and again, that his percentage balls won, aerial duels, and pass completion, make sakashit look like Helen Keller...... That's also in a superior attacking team, you've played 34/35 games this season, compared to our 50 plus already, our tail off period has coincided with kuns injury and fatigue, coupled with having the smallest squad usage in the prem......

Defend your team by all means, not make a tit of yourself by getting giddy though la

I can't wait for this Sunday as the reality is we can take 2 of 3 results against you, I'll take those odds laAaaaaasa

And just to add- fucking bring it you shellsuit wearing, bin dipping, watch robbing, Stanley slashing, dole supporting cunttttttttt

(Chats how you reinforce a stereotype)

Let's dig into those stats shall we?

Sakho has far superior pass stats
Sakho has far superior stats for the number of defensive actions
Sakho has a far better % of winning duels
Sakho has played far less games...

That giddy or facts? Fact's lad...as for getting giddy - your tail off coincided with Agueros injury "ONE MAN TEAM" that's getting giddy....

As for utilising the least amount of players yet paying the largest amount of wages - well that's just bad planning isn't it?

You've just made yourself look even sillier. You do realise the more games you play the higher the chance those stats have of decreasing?

That's not correct.

If you do something 90% of the time one game and then 90% of the time the next game it's still 90% average.

Stats don't erode over time, unless you're implying that everything starts brilliantly and inevitably routinely gets worse.

I think he meant to say that the larger sample dataset you're using, the more accurate it's likely to be NQ.
