its not even bad which is the worst bit, and why will the speed be 40 in the roadworks, its normally 50, the fucking wankers

why not close off the birch services with a police convoy and stop them?

why should they inconvenience thousands of other people when next thursday they can change the politics of our government anyway?

its a protest, about rip off prices of fuel, ffs we pay more than almost any other country on earth, so it is an inconveniance, but its also for everyones benefit, but if your happy with being ripped off???? , i dont know about you but i feel well pissed off , when the price of a barrel of crude drops and i mean really drops, yet the PRICE GOES up.

We pay more than any other country on earth ? Take it you`ve not been to Europe in the last year or 2 then .
We`re 12th dearest in Europe at the moment .
The Netherlands is 1.57 euro`s and Germant and France in the high 1.40`s !
Not only that , but you should also compare their tax rates !
Then you`l seen Britain is not such a bad place to live after all .

they have gone up this week but not sure if they are operational as of yet. For some reason they are repairing some "cracks" that have appeared in the road. Personally i think its one of the best bits of motorway in the country, fast, smooth not that busy so why they need to repair a few "cracks" instead of filling in the numerous pot holes elsewhere god only knows!!!

Because cracks turn into holes... It's called maintenance. The cold weather has really fucked the roads up everywhere and made all the joins crack. Should've been done properly first time but they weren't, so they have to be repaired so they don't grow and cause damage or accidents.

I came along it this morning from Mcr and there was a fairly big one on the hill on the way up to the tops.. The protest was going the other way near Simister then with a 4 mile tail.

I take it it's gone now then?
