Whats the story?...has it been flogged to developers, definitely sniffing around that area...or is it on the market?...I know a few people who would take it on...

All I know is that the Landlord has told me "it's going " in July and that he is retiring. He believes it will be become a hotel. Not sure what the finer details are.

ha ha there were a few that played (human) shit us up one night everyone stayed over in the pub after a piss up, someone tried to get behind the bar for a very late drink and didnt expect the big fuckers there
