We are so lucky to have such a great owner and chairman both who care immensly about us, they have done so much for us and we should be thankful to them for bringing the good times back to City at a time when we were on the verge of administration and potencial disaster and for that I will be forever grateful to them
Now that we are coming up to three years since he bought us, how time has flown it feels like yesterday I was just on the computer and a breaking news flash came through saying that we were being bought by the ADUG, and then that night it was proved to be real when we signed Robinho.
And for all of their wealth they are very down to earth and care about the area around COMS/Etihad and also about our past by hiring Buzzer as the ambassador.
THANK YOU MR SHEIKH MANSOUR AND MR KHALDOON AL MUBARAK
CTID

i can still remember being sat in front of the telly, watching sky sports news wondering if i'd had too much to drink and ive nodded off and started dreaming.
still finding it hard to believe nearly 3 years down the line. it just gets better and better.

It had just started to sink in - but not the enormity of it - when I tuned into 5Live. They were interviewing someone who knew the family and the presenter said something like,
'So City now have the financial resources to buy the world's elite but, in reality, how much money will they have to spend?'
The reply remains one of my favourite moments of my entire life....
'No, no, you have to stop thinking of it in terms of money. You have to look beyond those restrictions. Money is simply not a factor. There is no limit'.

this thread should have more posts than "city billionaires to turn city into las vegas" or whatever that threads is called. if it's not this one then i have shown my gratitude time and time again on here but once again i will say thank you Sheikh Mansour for everything you have done you are a true gentlemen in this cruel world we live in pouring more money into the british econemy than all the people complaining about citys spending combined in their lives. just done wonders for this football club and the whole area.

Perfect owner and management in Khaldoun, creating their own era for a famous historic club, investing in local communities, and doing it all with good grace and professionalism.

will never ever ever be able to thank him enough

but he doesnt want our thanks, he wants our support, getting behind the team and the manager he has provided us with, especially when the going gets tough, as it will
