I think you are actually, but can only enter one of them in the same competition which makes it pointless to have two..
And if we use Royal formalities..It´s HH Sheikh Mansour, not HRH. The Emirs don´t consider themselves kings but rulers.
Mind you, an Emir can declare himself king but that carries odd undertones because of the religious significance of kingship in the region.
