Defensively they are weak, particularly at full back and I would play both Sterling and Sane. But, I don't think Pep will play Leroy unfortunately and can see Mahrez starting.

An early goal would really demoralise the rags and we need to go at them from the start, quick tempo, slick passing and utilise our pace on the wing. Only concern I have is the long balls from Pogba which cause problems
Please, not fookin Mahrez...
If you were picking sides in a break time footy match and Sane and Mahrez still hadn’t been picked...who would you go for ?.....Sane all day long for me

Matic, McTomminay & shitty Pogba in midfield with Rasford, Lingard & Lukaku up top...

Jones, Young, Smalling & Lindleoff

I have to disagree, I think this will be a step too far for us. A lot is against us, their players effectively playing for their futures, home advantage, ref being primed,Fergie will get involved and the media push will be at its height to ensure the Dippers benefit in anyway possible. You only had to witness Oliver’s incompetent performance on Saturday to see how we can be beaten.

Obviously I hope you are so much more enlightened than I am and I’m completely wrong, whichever way, I will be glad when tomorrow is out of the way, every time I think about it my stomach churns.
Haha fucking hell.

Win this game win the league. Lose or draw this game and the league is gone. SIMPLE AS THAT.

Their last 8 games? 2 wins SIX losses. Scored 6 conceded SIXTEEN.

I don’t care how it happens. Win, even if we get a red, even if they fluke a goal, overcome this and win. Refs against us as usual? Doesn’t matter score 2,3,4 to cancel them out.

We are light years ahead of this average rag team full of prima donnas managed by a clueless school boy.

DESTORY them at their own place. I want to see every player fighting for every single ball.

This is the Premier League we’re talking about!! i want whatever your on

A chance to win Back to Back titles after breaking all kinds of records lasts season.

A chance to better a Centurion season.

A chance to win an unprecedented Domestic Treble.

A chance to extend Liverpool’s wait for the PL to THIRTY years.

WE ARE CITY!!!!!!!!
i want whatever your on

Just throwing it in there...
Father in laws funeral tomorrow. Ardent dipper obviously. Got to wear red shirt and red tie for the funeral.
Happy ish I guess to support her indoors and the family, but only as long as we beat the scum tomorrow.
You lot don't know how lucky you are :-)

I have a theory that the disastrous Everton match was a side effect of concentrating on our game... they may have spent extra prep time for our game and planned to leave some in the tank for Wednesday in the hopes of scuppering our PL title tilt. The much coveted we beat City trophy is all they have left besides the top 4 place. If true they could end up losing both games heavily now, with their chance of a top4 place blown with it and it would serve them bloody right too.

I expect them to be full of energy and try every trick in the book to cause the upset, we just have to make sure we win no matter what, is the best attitude to have.
Surely the best way to finish top 4 without winning the league for the dippers was to concentrate on the Everton game?

Very strange every single Utd supporter I spoke to said they want us to win it.
My experience has been torn loyalties from Rag mates / neighbours...in some ways they are laughing cos if we win they get vicarious pleasure at dippers’ stress...if they win..that’s their one ‘trophy’ for the season

How does that make them relevant in the title race though? It's killing them not being relevant for so long. They may have made the mistake of thinking they'd have enough quality to get something from the Everton game. Also forget the fans, there's no way those at the club want us to win it and get yet even bigger.
