No Gundogan Mahrez and Grealish please. All 3 are slowing us down, not up for hard battle and there are better options. (Throw Palmer in as a wildcard and be the 2nd Palmer to score in the Derby at the Swamp)

I'd start Palmer. And I'd replace him by KDB at 60 mins or so.

Agreed on Foden. Thought Sterling was impressive when he came on tonight. The thing against united though, as others have posted before, is there is no way he can be anywhere near left wing if he is to feature at any point on Saturday. He’s got owned every time he’s come up against their right back.
 
I don't want Foden anywhere near that reckless fucker that is Maguire.

Still think Jesus is our best option as a 9, and Foden deeper next to Bernardo.
 
I think Mahrez will play. I went to the league cup away just before Covid and he tore them to shreds.
