Chelsea was a master class.. yes we need to absolutely replicate that.

The only reason I’m nervous about this derby is cos of the stuff I’ve read in the press and forums etc. There’s no actual reason we shouldn’t all be very very confident about this.

Pep needs to put this match to the players not as just another league match (obviously it’s not) and not even as a derby! This needs to be like the champions league final.. the final push because if we win this game all the hard work is done.. we will have won the league before Christmas. The players need to be ready to face the vermin in that mindset

I agree with this. The is not just another 3 points and if we approach it like it is, we'll lose. The rags simply must win this game and that desire and determination will carry them a long way. If don't have the same, we'll be half a yard slower and it will make a difference.

I know it's entirely different since we rested half the team, but nevertheless, Shaktar needed to win and look what happened: our first defeat in however long.

And there's plenty of incentive for us to play like our lives depend on it today. Beat them and the league is won before Christmas.

My view as well.

Play to our potential and we go 11 clear but we lose it and we are still 5 points clear which at this stage of the season is incredible.

As ever i will be watching the ref and his linesmen this afternoon and worrying about them far more than I am the rags!
