Yeah thats it mate, staff were really nice, they brought out a free starter for us to try and everything. Not your standard menu of rogan josh, madras, vindaloo etc but I enjoyed it! Cheap aswell.

Any other recommendations for City centre?
Obviously know Dishoom and Mogwai

I’ve always enjoyed Spice Lounge on Shudehill. More of a traditional curry house menu than Dishoom and Mowgli.

Lal Qila used to be good in the city centre but long gone now.

Tondori Royale in Burnage is always nice too.

Rajdoot is excellent and if anyone is in Bury try the jewel in the crown (lamb babri) is a 10/10 and never seen it on any other menu.

Paid a visit to Hungamaa in Chorlton on Sunday evening for a bit of a family get together. Got to say it was really good. A good mix of traditional and street food dishes with a good selection of sides and starters. It was good to see (and taste) the plentiful use of spices and fresh ingredients, as opposed to the all too common tomato based sauces. Great staff as well.
