Certainly wouldn't complain if Jose came here for 3 or so years. Yes, he's got huge ego but record of winning trophies at every club and outstanding CL record at most clubs he's been involved with would be hugely exciting to have him here. However seeing as Txiki decided against bringing him in and opting for an inexperienced Pep instead, I highly doubt it.

but by all accounts they were impressed with Jose. He just happened to come up against Mr Barcelona in Pep. Thing is we don't have our own suitable Mr Manchester City option.

I do hope we are destroying the media at their own game. I am sick and tired of them rubbishing my club and it is clear to me that the "closing down" of inside sources is driving the media in to a frenzy of hatred, fuelled by the injection of resources and the despair of the breaking up of the big four.

In truth, I'd love Mancini to stay for what he has achieved but it's clear to most of us that something isn't quite right. Whoever comes in will receive my support because I love City, but most of all, I want to wipe the smirk off the journalists bacon faces.

The media haven't a clue and its fun to see them keep back tracking.

FFS I nipped downstairs for two minutes to make a brew and its escalated about 10 pages what the fuck is going on. Ive gotta fuck off to Sheffield for a few hours at 9pm god knows where this thread will be at when I get back.

Mourinho will have taken over Wigan, De Boer will send his brother instead, Benites will be seen having an interview at macdonalds and Hiddink will have taken over from Woy
