Mancini in or out? *Update first page*

Re: Mancini in or out?

In simply because there is no better long term option IMO.

The only managers I think could improve on what Mancini has started here are:

Jose - would be here 1 or 2 seasons then onto his next big task.

Whiskeynose - Rag, cnut, alcoholic, geriatric.

Pep - At Barca.

Wenger - Loves Arsenal too much.

Give Bobby time with his players and re-assess at the end of next season.

Re: Mancini in or out?

for god's sake its IN for me we need stability not constant changing of managers, who then come in and chop and change players, this is partly the reason we have been shit for 30 years or more, lets go back to them days when we were shitting ourselves about having enough points to stay up,and leave top4,champions league and domestic cups to the rest of the league, good old city so near yet so far fcuk me 8 games to see if we can get champions league football, and a shot at the fa cup, come back stuart pearce or frank clark or phil neal all is forgiven.....

Those who have said Out, what happens if we were to finish 2nd, 3rd or 4th and win the FA Cup?

Still out?
If my aunty was my uncle

Then you would come from an inbred family.

My point being that some people want Mancini out regardless of how succesful he is with us. That is just sad. You pick the man who is best to manage us, not on if you like him or not.

So the man who guided us to our first trophy in 35 years and our first qualification to our first european cup/champions league campaign in 42 years will be shown the door?

Wow, tough crowd.

Tough indeed...
Lets see what happens, but his style of football and general way of approaching games never fills me with confidence. Just my opinion, each to their own, but i honestly dont think he is the man for the job.

were currently on less points/very similar points to where we were this time last season, having spent another 100+million. Its only by the grace of god that Chelsea had there mis-season slump and Tottenham have had the distraction of Champions Leagure football. For me, its not good enough.

Hope im wrong though

Re: Mancini in or out?

In. Though I will admit I'm a touch concerned. Why the fuck you'd play Dzeko on his own with no-one continually putting balls into the box is a bit confusing.

But that is excactly what many seem to want unfortunately.

Like a smackhead...get the quick fix with no concern about the comedown..

Re: Mancini in or out?

Any thoughts of changing the manager between now and then end of the season are quite frankly stupid.

At the end of the season: top 4 in, 5th out.

FA Cup doesn't really come into it.

Re: Mancini in or out?

IN..

Did people want him out or complain about style of play when we hammered Fulham, Destroyed Liverpool, Won away in tricky places like Blackpool (early season when they were good) Newcastle. And even when we got a point at Arsenal, in what was an even more negative performance

We ditch Mancini and we then have to go through another rebuliding process, just pointless
