Mancini - Nearly a year at City, what's your rating?

8.75 consistently hard to beat now ( which I have been waiting for for F*cking years! ) we look good going forward and given a ref who isn't in the pay of Murdoch (precious few I know) it isn't too long before we do a Burnley on someone and don't have to play the second half in a paddy field 10-0 anyone?

more effort they put in=more likely to score goals imo

One Paul Dickov, there's only one Paul Dickov etc.

Balotelli is pure class and will only get better from here.

Mancini 8 out of 10 so far for me. Expect that to rise by the end of the season too.

By far the best manager we have had here since I started going in 77, we now defend as a unit making us hard to break down and we attack at times with guile and purpose to match any team on there day. Very pleased with what I have seen so far and with time I believe will only get better. 8/10 score

ballotelli is a class act with attitude 7 games 5 goals (and thats without really trying according to some) and he is still new to the premiership, his team mates and he is only 20.

out of that list there was ONLY two that were better than balotelli when they were 20. ronaldo and maradona.

Balotelli has done very little to earn that praise.

Talented, maybe, attitude, stinks, and will get him nowhere in the long run unless he decides to grow up, start respecting people, being dignified and upbeat and man up a bit.

I don't put him in my list of world class players, that's for sure.

People STILL say the same things about Ronaldo and Maradona. And Maradona has got to be about 50. Some of the best players in the world have shit attitudes, but they're still class.

for me 9/10
coz mancini has mad difficult decisions and made the squad look like a team
goalkeeping decision(HART) was impressive and more risky but he proved us wrong
then our defensive pairs kolo-kompany is really very strong compare to other top teams and the addition of silva and kolarov is really looking interesting and hope Boateng will improve soon as he had many injuries. Baloteli is and exceptional i think Mancini knows what he is doing ooh i forgot wat about midfielders have u seen how yaya performed against Bolton it was AMAZING and the hardworking of MILNER.....ooooh my goodness i hope New year comes soon and i will be the happiest man on earth when next year man city wins european league and will be Runners in premier league

the only thing that pisses me off about Mancini so far this season is the lack of first team chances for Adam Johnson. Apart from that we are a much tougher team to beat than we have ever been and have been winning games without playin especially well which is what you have to do to be in contention in May

Mancini is making similar progress to his Inter project. The thing is he has a very difficult job as City haven't won a trophy in a long time. He has to change the club's culture at the core.

If his work at Inter is anything to go by, we will have a couple of straight league titles and Champions League title within the next 5 years. No doubt Mancini would have won Champions League if he wasn't sacked by Inter.

8/10

id say 8/10

He has sorted the defence out, finally learned Hart to pass the ball out instead of hoofing it out, improved the ball possession and retention, brought in some sublime players, and is now focused on the attacking part of the game and the build up... and the recent matches we have seen some lovely fluent footy that I have never seen City play before... very impressed with this... he has had a steep learning curve since coming to manage us and has improved himself all the time...

if he wants higher ratings he must win something with us... 9 a cup, 10 the league... so my ratings right now is as high as it can be without any silverware
