Roberto Mancini is still held in very high regard by many Manchester City supporters and we will never forget that he was the manager who finally brought trophies back to Manchester.

Seems a strange move - must just be for money. They have a low tax rate there. Don't suppose many in the prem could pay him that sort of money??

Best of luck to him. Probably not the job he ideally wanted but there's not much available at the moment. Galatasaray got battered by Real in their first CL game so he has his work cut out for him. I wonder if he'll target any City players in January or next summer?
