likely the only club that would agree the clause for him to leave to coach Italy once Prandelli leaves (if they ask)

It does seem a very strange decision on his part.

Maybe he just felt an intense need to return to management and this was the best of the current available options?

What positions have been filled while he's been unemployed? has he been overlooked or has he turned them down?

I guess Frank Richard was better than that too & he turned up there not long ago
And that's aft building a fantastic barca team,winning la liga twice & wining the champions league,pretty good c.v.
