When they asked him about Bellers I expected the usual diplomatic crap, but Mancini was pretty blunt and it was clear to see that he's well fucked off with Bellamy.

He said: "I have to choose 25. The rest must find another team. Craig is out of the list."

I can't remember what else he said word for word but he basically said that what Bellamy said about not speaking for so many months was false. I was just a bit taken back at how blunt Mancini was in the interview to be honest

Yeah I watched that on the 12pm SSN headlines. Its good he'd like that in my view. Nothing worse than being like Benitez who skirted round subjects. Its obvious he, (BM), doesn't like Bellamy, so he may as well just say it as it is.
I'm still coming to terms with our forward options!

Indeed. I'd much rather Bellamy was allowed to undermine him at every opportunity, go to the media and bad mouth the management (and arguably the owner) at the club and then within a couple of days the manager came out and pussy footed around letting everyone know that the players have the green light to take the piss as and when they like.

How do you know what's gone on behind the scenes. Maybe Manchini has had a quiet word with the players. Perhaps he's asked them not to undermine him or the club by saying too much to the press. He may have warned Bellamy about his behaviour and previous comments.

I doubt that any manager wants to show his hand at this stage of the season. A player who has been excluded from the 25 is worth less than one that is likely to be included.

The likes of Celtic, Spurs etc now know that Bellamy may not be wanted and will be surplus to requirements. Their bids will be amended accordingly as they don't have to prisethe player from us now.

Or is he? Could this be all part of Manchinis game plan. Maybe he's getting his own back on the press and Bellers is playing along.
We'll only know for sure when either Bellamy goes or the squad is named.
Until then I'll take nothing for granted, not even this!

Mancini also said it was a "technical decision". It actually makes sense if you read the "Mancini's Inter tactics" thread, it appears we won't be playing with wingers this season and the shape we are expected to play doesn't have a natural position for Bellamy or Ireland.

So just how much shit is Mancini expected to tolerate from Bellamy?

There was the comments in the tunnel in support of Moyes after the clash at the Everton match, the pointed public handshake with Twitcher after the Spurs game and then the digs about not speaking to Mancini for 6 months. That's without anything that's gone on in private!

However much we loathe Ferguson he'd have any player undermining him like that out of the door sharpish.

Mancini's English seems to be deteriorating rather than improving, he got his words very muddled during the press conference. Maybe the pressure or maybe an act to ward off the parasitical vermin media?

Mancini is getting rid of everyone that has slagged him off.

Although Tevez is too big a player for him to get rid of.
