Mancini on Hughes Criticism

i must be the only blue who actually respects Arsene Wenger for what he has achieved in football,i know us n Arsene have had our ups n downs but you can't deny he's been a very good manager who's team have entertained football fans for a number of years.

3 premier league titles and 4 fa cups. Anyone knocking him is a mug.

You can respect him, and/or his achievements, without saying his character is like that of Mancini. My view of Wenger is that he's a bottler. The amount of opportunities Arsenal have blown in the last months of the season is unreal; the annual Arsenal collapse has become the stuff of parody. I don't think Mancini is similarly afflicted. I think Wenger is rash and hot-headed whereas Mancini is extremely passionate during a match but calm and collected otherwise. You'll never see Fergie's little mind games working on Mancini liked they've worked on Keegan, Wenger and Rafa. I think Mancini is honest and above board and accepts responsibility when something goes wrong. I think Wenger is myopic and never sees a problem either in himself or his players - at least one that he'll acknowledge to the press. Totally different characters in my view.

Mancini's class shines through.

As for Mark Hughes what can I say? I couldn't understand his mumblings - I needed an interpreter.

My apologies, I didn't realise I needed to agree with you on his character vis-a-vis Mancini to respect his achievements: <a class="postlink-local" href="http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=229761&p=4681414&#p4681414" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">viewtopic.php?f=14&t=229761&p=4681414&#p4681414</a> & <a class="postlink-local" href="http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=176499&p=3248401&#p3248401" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">viewtopic.php?f=1&t=176499&p=3248401&#p3248401</a>

And he did it all on the cheap! (relatively)
