I've only just heard precisely what was said, It was quite bad. The clueless one didn't just talk about Bobby's so called autocratic management style, he went on to say that the players don't like him (Mancini) and he (Hughes) and the Tevez thing would never have happened if Hughes had still been manager.
Hughes is an embittered and cretinous arse-hat. Very classy of Bobby Manc not to retaliate, though.
