Looks like Roma want the Mancini. If he leaves i cant blame him coz if i had an uncertain future at a club i would jump ship.At least if he resigns we dont after pay any compensation.
It could cost him £10m to resign rather than be sacked, so I'd be stunned if he did anything so daft. He did it once and I'm sure he learnt a hard lesson.

I'm sure if we're looking to replace him in the summer anyway, there could be a mutual consent deal sorted?

I think he'll be very tempted by Roma to be honest

A point I've made many times.

If he does go I can see a "mutual consent" arrangement made and presented to the the media/fans as a resignation for family reasons. Better for Mancini's CV. Better for Abu Dhabi's reputation. Better all round.

If he goes for that Roma job I wonder how everyone will feel that's been crying out for stability and has been saying we need to stick with him?

It would be a kick in the balls eh?

Good

He had the opportunity to be Italy manager a while back, he didnt go. What makes anyone think he will go for the Roma job. He will be here until kicked out or resigned due to actual personal reasons. The only scenario i can see him being kicked out is if he fails to progress from the group stages next season.

I don't think the Roma job will appeal to Mancini and as you say if he does resign then it would become very messy.
It will certainly appeal to him imo new stadium being built, rich owners, back in his own country and of course everyone knows how much he loves De Rossi.

The 2 threads Mancini In and Mancini Out have both become rather silly now.

Fucking hell I have had my fair share of disagreements with blues about certain things but the 2 threads are to be honest embarrassing and have gone totally off subject and become a name calling thread. Worst 2 threads I have ever seen on here.

Hope the mods get a grip and sort them out.

I wasn't aware of this, was he offered the Italy job?
