Well go on, exactly what purpose does it serve? Are you suggesting Pellegrini would be embarrassed by seeing pics of his predecessor around the place? I very much doubt it, so it can only be a petty decision from Soriano or Cheeky.
What purpose did it serve to update the imagery around the stadium as the club often do? You need me to answer that?

Depends if that is the true reason, doesn't it?
Not really no. It is irrelevant. If Aguero was sold, do you think we'd continue with his huge posters? Or Hart? Or Vinny?

Doesnt really go with pellers comment that he should never be forgotten
Why?

If you want to remember someone you dont airbrush history and remove all visable trace of them especially if the others remain

He's a legend, just like Dickov and Mercer whose murals are outside the stadium.

Let's not try and pretend he isn't just because we've got a new manager.

As I ask above. Do you think we'd keep the huge pictures of Hart if he was sold?

The only player that we would keep would be sergio because he created part of our history as did mancini

Couldn't disagree more.

The poster being removed is a total non story. We move on and go again.
