Unless results improve I would expect the board to act before Christmas.

The next two games are pivotal.

If we are midtable by Christmas and some points away from the fourth position he will be gone I would say.

Again I want him to succeed god knows we don't need another managerial change again but that is the nature of falling short of your targets as Hughes found out and so will Mancini.

Lets all hope our results improve in the next few weeks , we really need three points on Sunday.

im not 100% happy with mancini, but i don't see an coach who is a better and available as mancini is.

Whatever panics you lot get into, the owner is not going to sack Mancini anytime soon. IF we finish below 4th in the league he MIGHT get sacked. I fully expect we'll be finishing 4th or higher. So to answer your question ... not any time soon.
