Arrogant?

There's nothing remotely arrogant about the lad.

Honestly, can some of you not think for yourselves?

Lol at the 'not think for yourselves' comment

The warning signs that Johnno was getting a little too big for his boots were there before Mancini spoke a word on the matter. You haven't been watching closely enough
He has, he just posts the same repetitive shit in every thread because he hates Mancini, hoping someone will side with him and take his opinion over everyone elses

His comments don't account for the fact that Adam Johnson was left on the bench for 70 minutes when it was obvious to anyone in the stadium he could make the difference.

And your comments don't account for the fact that Mancini is the manager - not the "experts" in the stand - and under his management we are 2nd in the table!

Of course there's always going to be differences of opinion, and hindsight is always 20-20 vision and sometimes even the best players or managers have to make judgements as they see fit and may not get it 100% right every time.

But whilst we are sitting 2nd (our highest ever position after 7 games played), and considering we have managed it without Balotelli, or Kolarov and essentially without Boateng as well. No to mention the other injuries to Bridge and Adebayor and whoever else. He's doing a bloody marvellous job :-)

You clearly know nothing about Jerome Boateng, so why come out with such a ridiculous statement?

I came out with the statement because he looked pretty hopeless on the ball

Agree but he did score a well practised goal, after that was a bit poor, but AJ will improve ;)

The amount of times we got behind there high line in the first half should have seen us go in with a 4-1 lead, the point is we have plenty in the squad to beat teams without having to play Johnson every game.

And wasnt Mancini sending him a message to Johnson that hes not quite made it yet as an automatic starter and needs to concetrate only on his game instead of crappy auctions to date a slapper with false massive tits?

The reason we didn't go in with a 4-1 lead is that we didn't have enough pace or penetration in a midfield full of slow tacklers. Johnson, or SWP, would have solved that problem.

I don't care about messages, I care about wins.

We got one to be fair, although we were hugely lucky.

The reason is simply because the final ball was crap.... Milner, Barry & Yaya were guilty of this.. We got behind them at least 3 times in the first half! I do think that another striker alongside Tevez would have made the difference though.

We played duo striker with Juve and it not worked well. Until Belo come bake, I would stay in this lone strike formation.

Boateng not went forward to help attacking as usual because he has to cover Silva space who cut to inside. So this is play as planned.

What's with all the negative criticism?

Boetang (and Ade) clearly have to work up to full fitness so why judge him after one game? Crazy.

Mancini can see AJ's potential but he prefers to go with Milners (another quality player) experience to start games. I personally think AJ has had much more of an impact from the bench so this makes perfect sense at this moment in time.

You could be right! But I just feel at the moment he is far better as an impact player

he worked brilliantly as an impact player, and played on the thursday.

I'll hold Roberto to his word mind.

He dealt easily with messi et al in the WC and got germany to a semi final, he isn't hopeless, will be a star for us for many years.

..........Toure.....Barry............

Silva.........Tevez..........Milner

.................Balotelli.................
