Mancini selling everyone

Been looking at a few highlights from the games under Hughes, and i have to say we played like shit in defence, this was kinder garden stuff.
I will rather win 1-0, than play a whole lot of draws, we now got the cynism we didnt have under Hughes.

Mancini will be toast before he sells anyone. One of the daftest decisions in the history of football to replace Hughes with this fuckining idiot. He wont be selling anyone, the daft twat will be sacked, and on that day i will be having a big celebratory barbaque.

lets say for a moment you are not taking the piss.

it was a poor decision to sack hughes but understandable because it looked like our progress under him was running out of steam, whether it was or not we can never know, it wasn't however "the worst decision in history of football".
mancini has and seems to continue to make selection/tactical errors but as he explained the other night at the fans forum things will be better next season with the players he wants here.
sacking manager after manager has got us nowhere, we looked foolish sacking hughes, we'd look worse should we sack mancini especially if we do finish 4th.
mancini has been fazed i reckon by the prem to the point of being naive, this has made us boring and negative, it has most certainly cost us games, he is however not and never will be as you say "a fucking idiot".he is a tactitan, a football man, a guy will that kind of pedigree who with his own players will bring us success.
whether he'll be given time to achieve this remains to be seen but we could do a lot worse than have him as boss.
i do worry that even when he does get his own players in we'll still be boring,i wouldn't like that, i suppose though we are top of the prem and boring i might just have to put up with it, its been too long for me to nitpick now.

One of the daftest decisions in the history of football was not getting rid of hughes the moment the owners bought the club.

it would have been a bettter way of going about things, get their own man in, mind you had that failed they would look foolish and harsh........oh, wait a minute.
when we sacked hughes mid season it fueled more hatred and jealousy on our club, we could say "fuck em" but it comes back to haunt you one day, for instance every one in football wanted us to miss out on joe hart, including the F.A.

True, still stand by it though, it was naive to think hughes could take us where we want to be, in my opinion anyway. I just hope we stick with mancini who is a proven manager who can take us to the next level, with his own players.

Well I for one DEMAND attacking, free flowing football. It's all I've been used to since going to Maine Road in 1984.

Wait, that came out wrong, what I meant to say is, "I've see us win sweet fuck all in my 34 years on this God forsaken planet and couldn't give a fuck how we play as long as we achieve something for the first time in my bastard lifetime."

Can I apologise on behalf of the whole of Salford for Bonol. We can all spell proper n that really.

We were right to sack Hughes because

1) He signed (and spent a fortune) on Crocky Santa Cruz
2) He let Joe go out on loan without ensuring that we had strength and depth in the goal keeping dept
3) His teams scored loads but conceded loads
4) NO personality

Time will tell .....

if Hughes had stayed would we have been in any better league position than we find ourselves placed in right now?

Understood

But we would probably be the best we were ever going to be. Whereas under Mancini you get the feeling that we will be a lot better, already the defence is better (with the same players), The results are better (with the same players) and players are being linked with club who would not have given us a second glance under Hughes.

Understand this.......

Against Arsenal the match report said Arsenal held Manchester City to a goaless draw. (not the other way round for a change)

Taggart was so scared he fielded Wooney (injured) something he didn't do against Spurs

City thrash Chelski twice in a season

In the next few days City will QUALIFY for European Football (not through fair play or any other means) for the first time in 32 years

If our results go the way we want next year we will have Champions League football for the first time

and all this with the same players (bar 1) that Hughes signed. Now you and I know that some of these signings weren't right (RSC for 1).

I think that Mancini / Hughes debate has a 'level playing field' because they both worked with the same people....the results are there for everyone to see.

FORZA MANCINI
