Mancini: The Players haven't welcomed me...

I think the players we are talking about here are all players who were sold the city dream by hughes. They have not let the team or manager down so have the right to be disapointed at the change of manager. After all they think the team and club are on track for the best season so far(.players like bellamy barry given ).ect.They need to take on boared hughes went because he could not get the best out of some (ade robbie toure) big money buys.If Mancini can change this the dream is a cert to come true and everyone will welcome the success.!

we have brought this upon ourselves

While I will support Mancini 100% and its time to move on, sacking MH at this point in the season was a huge mistake.

I dont blame the players at all........the team was progressing and despite all those draws you could tell moral was good. They all wanted to work for MH. The team in general have done ok this season and the sacking and the fans that have helped this along the way could well have set the club back a number of steps in its progression....at teh very least they have given the media plenty of ammo with which to throw all this negative press at us.

Mancini will have to workl wonders to get the team back on track.....lets hope he is upto the job cause if he isnt i can see some of our more impatient supporters starting to critiicise quite quickly if things dont pick up.

Whatever happens in the next 2 months we need to be 100% behind all the team (every single player regardless of who it is) and the manager and the club in general.....regardless of results!!!!

Bullshit the team was progressing, I'm guessing from that comment you didn't get your ass down to Spurs or perhaps Birmingham. I'm guessing that almost ANY manager in the game, given 200m to spend could come up with a better than 3 places in 18months. All you have to do is listen to Mancini once, to understand the issue with Hughes, here is a guy that is more positive about Hughes's team than Hughes was!!!! Please tell me whats wrong with that picture?

Personally think this is a positive in most cases as the old regime, well less said and all that.

I stress most though. You can stretch yourself all the way but don't snap the bone...
