Mancini to...ermm...Russia?!? Rumour of the year?

"Roberto Mancini is to start working in Russia on 15 July. Will be earning 7,2 mln euro per year.IF the contract signed by him is legitimate!" Artur Petrosyan
 
Until he signs the new contract with City then I think we are entitled to get a little worried!!
 
Does anyone seriously think managing Russia is a more appealing job than MCFC for someone like Mancini? The City job, especially for Manicni, must be one of the best jobs in football: the trophy and title monkey is off the club's back and the prospects remain fantastic.
 
26 pages, seriously?

C'mon guys, if it's not a player, it's the manager who will see us implode according to outsiders.

Mancini could easily have been asked about an interest as last season remained in the melting pot.

Mancini is responsible for the training camp, the current movements behind the scenes, all manner of things.

And all not the actions of a man who has a lot of integrity and supposedly about to stab us in the back.

Talks were simply delayed because both the manager and City wanted to wait until the end of the season.

I believe Mancini, Silva and Kompany are all a matter of lawyers just signing stuff off and we will get good news very soon.

To put it into context , it can take up to eight weeks to let the wheels grease on a house purchase, this a £5m a year deal with all manner of bonus structures and a coaching staff to look after.

Talk shite are reporting it now!! Contract already signed but might not be valid. His position at City would be untenable either way!

It isnt valid anyway, we didn't give anyone permission to speak to him, he still had a contract with City. A load of bollocks I reckon.
 
Who knows what he would do? The strain on him was immense last year.You could see it when we were struggling. He didnt look the same man and aged in a few weeks. He may well have been sacked had we not come back from the dead and he may have knowledge that none of us do about stuff behind the scenes.

It could be true. If so we are struggling with a month to go to the season start.

Lets hope its not!
