It's just a couple observations into what the differences are, or look like they are. It isn't a criticism of RM or MP, I back both and am aware it's very early days. But where we always looked strong/powerful in midfield, so far we don't. Not saying that wont change - just making a few observations.

FFS this forum is becoming like feeding time at the zoo.

Nige was a tackling machine and Gareth Barry in terms of footy thought can buy and sell a fair number of what's on offer. Too early to calculate the effects of the French Revolution so it's too early to condemn San Pellergrini!

This is a thread that can and should only be started towards the end of the season and not 3 games into the season!
C'mon guys - lets at least give the new man a chance.

Amen

3 games is not a fair comparison yet. Wait till December or so.

Does anybody think that more than 3 games will be the winning margin in the league this season?

If we did go only 3 games/9 points behind the leaders, we would be pretty much out of the race. There is no room for rehearsal.

We have 6 points from 3, but we were lucky today. Big improvement is needed immediately.

When Bobby came in the difference in the team compared to MH was evident from day one, we looked far more organised and solid, it was literally night and day stuff.

With Pellegrini we look a little bit worse than we did at the end of last season. It's a rocky start and no mistake which is bound to throw up a lot of questions. Just gonna have to have patience while MP gets up to speed.

We've got a new manager. I've moved on and I think it would be a good idea if other fans did the same.

It's not about moving on, it's a thread discussing the new manager's performance and one of the best ways to do that is to compare to the previous. Maybe this thread isn't for you?

mancini wasn't good enough to take the club where we need to go. he made it a negative place to work and pissed a lot of people off.

pellegrini has had 3 games ffs, lets re-evaluate in 3 months.

Agree but i dont see pissing people off as a negative when players turn out performancers they did last season

Some of the most successfull managers piss people off unfortunately it goes with the job but possibly Bobbt was more abrashive than most
