Mancini write-up by Didsbury Dave

Didsbury Dave....Yawn...what should we do with you?. You are one hell of an attention seeker. We had the best manager in god knows how long and all you did was slag him off. Your nothing but a prick.

Well, after vitriol like that, all I can say is is this new lad had better hit the ground running and deliver, like fucking quick. He can't come here and and bullshit for an eternity like Brendan Rodgers about building for the future. The manager we have just binned took us to another level, follow it.

A hatchet job from a once interesting poster. How can so little credit be given to a manager that really sorted out our club and put us on track to the big time?
Letting hatred cloud judgement does'nt lend itself to a well balanced article.

Read the first paragraph and thought fuck off back to Didsbury.

Is that far enough?

The truth is Dismal has almost as high an opinion of himself as Mancini does. Maybe that's why he dislikes him so intensely. He was on his case from day 1, mainly I fathomed because Roberto wasn't Jose, and so this rather bitter piece comes as no surprise.

While Mancini's future will be interesting so will Dismal's. Don't know if he is a frustrated journo or not, but his literary style is combative and will surely need a new target sooner rather than later. Who? Well that remains to be seen.
Robbieh - You've hit the nail on the head. Dismal thought we should only ever have settled for the 'Special One' and in his mind on-one else would ever do least of all Mancini.

Dismal, you are a disruptive, back-stabbing shit-house who doesn't seem to appreciate that the world is made of individuals who all do things differently to achieve their aims. Mancini was clearly more abrasive than most, but this was his way of achieving his objectives.

When he arrived, the players ruled the roost and as far as the more disruptive elements were concerned, Mancini was the new boy and below them in the dressing room food chain. Bellamy, Tevez, Robinho, Adebayor...... I wouldn't wish that lot on my worst enemy. Throw in Mancini's own love-child Balotelli and any Muppet can see why Mancini had his work cut out.

Battles were fought & in the end the dog began to wag his tail again, but just like Funguson had to do when he first arrived at ManUre it was Mancini who had to fight those battles alone and if he hadn't have won them, the lunatics would have continued to rule the asylum.

Yes Mancini made mistakes and there were times I was lost as to what the fuck he was doing before & during matches, but if anyone knew what was required, I trusted that our leader was the best placed person to implement an action plan.

Love or loathe Mancini, he was our leader & deserved our respect and support just like soldiers supporting their general on the field of battle. What will always sum Dismal up in my book was the feeling I got last year that he and his cabal seemed gutted that we'd won the Premiere League title with Mancini at the helm. They Loathed him so much that they would rather see us lose to be rid of him than have success with Mancini as manager.

To top it all off, now that Dismal has got his wish and Mancini has been relieved of his duties, he now takes to the internet to puff out his chest & crow, 'I knew this was coming' as if this proves he was correct all along that Mancini should never have been made Manchester City manager in the first place.

That for me sums Dismal up as the poisonous germ he is.
Question Dave: If 'The Special One' isn't installed as the next Manchester City manager, who are you going to pick on then, the new man in the hot seat whoever he may be?

Fucking hell.
Think I'll step away from the thread.

Great read. Gotta hand it to DD, he was always confident of this outcome.

It should be a great read. Its Dave's "War and Peace". Its his "Hamlet". Dave's been writing/revising and honing this piece for the past three years just waiting for the day he could finally press the 'post' button...

...fucked if I'm reading it though

Only kidding I read it.

It was shit

I thought it a bit unbalanced and totally biased.

A bit like most of your posts then (meant as a joke mate)
