Obviously a lot of 'bluemooners' believe what they read in the press!
Don't they realise that every time there is an intense fixture due to be played the 'rag' press do everything possible to de-stabilise MCFC.
You only have to watch the boys in training on MCFC TV to pick up how close they are as a unit including Mancini............... just for once I wish they'd see the bigger picture and accept all the crap in the media is just what it is............CRAP!
They are currently majoring on Nasri & Tevez.....................Does Vinny look unhappy? Does Joe Hart or Yaya look unhappy............and neither does Lescott....

I don't know whether the stories are true or not.
However just because the players don't walk round looking miserable,doesn't mean they are happy.After all I despise my place of work most of the time but still get on well with my colleagues,mostly,and have a laugh and joke with them and get on with doing my job.
I would prefer Mancini to keep his job btw.

It does make me chuckle that some of the most vociferous Mancini critics were Hughes inners. Even of those who were critical of Hughes, I think virtually none, or even none, of the Outers, were as emphatic about their criticism of Hughes as they have been Mancini, which shows us they are not objective.

I think we all know the real reason why they dont like bobby :)

Ah, so public opinion (not that anyone has actually conducted a survey on the matter of the City manager as far as I am aware) is now a reliable guide to quality is it? Large numbers of people voted Thatcher back in 3 times, made the X Factor the most popular show on TV and awarded the Mumfords and Dullplay with the best group and live act awards at this years Brits.....the latter of which was a borderline war crime

Correct. What matters is what the people in charge want and until the end of the season it looks like Mancini is what they want.

We'll have to see what happens in the summer and I'll look forward to supporting City & Mancini or City & whoever the new bloke is at the start of the new season if they decided to stick or twist.

I've been through this loads of times.

I don't think he's the right man for us, therefore I want him sacked or managed out of the club. I want us to replace him with the best available option, whoever that may be.

Heres the kicker for me, I'm a 'fencer', but have based any dissenting opinions I have solely on what I see on the pitch.

I couldnt give a crap about the politics involved behind the scenes, and pay no attention to the papers - its all about the end product for me and at times while there are flashes of the brilliance that we are capable of, its been largely uninspired this season.

Shame I kind of thought Mancini would be with us for years. I had a debate with a colleague earlier this year and I said our owners wouldn't sack him. Looks like I'm going backtracking on my words.

Right I know nothing and I don't know what Tolmie's latest musical clue means but as far as I can tell we have 3 games coming up that will tell us a lot about the team and Mancini and where we are going.

We play a derby that if we lose will see us 18 points behind United. We play Chelsea in the FA Cup, they have been up and down this season but their recent FA Cup record has been very good but this could bring us another trophy. A week later we play Spurs away, away games against good teams have been a bit of an achilles heel this season. The only decent sides we've beaten away are Arsenal and at a push WBA. Apart from that we've failed to really perform away.

If we win and perform in those games Mancini will at least have some credit for his season review with the Board/ Txiki and Fran/ whoever. Failure in some or all of those games weakens his hand and gives weight to claims that the team aren't performing for him.

Wins and good performances would suggest he is may still be the man for us but I'm sure there will be others who will claim that he is like Benitez trying to maximise his CV for a new job.
