£18 million plus £8 million = £26 million. Its about opinions as you say but the thread was about us overpaying for average players I don't think Milner would have got a kick for a top PL or euro team in the last 5 years. He was a lucky boy being English.
I am almost certain he played quite a lot of games for a top PL team
