played well. tbh though i think we should just start again under pep and manager who will develop our talented young players. give them some confidence and belief that they have a chance of making it.
Why the fuck do we have to "start again" I don't understand this bullshit. Pellegrini us been slow to bring them through but he's given them all a chance today, in fact since his announcement he's leaving he's been playing quite a few of the kids or have them on the bench.
So yes he's been slower than we hoped, but the squad, including u21s are in a great place for Pep to take over and Pellegrini isn't some bogey man that almost ruined everything.
The hyperbole and bullshit around this subject is unbearable.
hes only given them a chance because he had to and didnt care about this game and they've only been in the squad because of injuries. id rather just see pep in charge a manager who isn't afraid to play them and plays them because he wants to. it was good to see them play. i dont see how its bullshit either ... he doesnt play them all season, apart from nacho a fews games and then plays them all against a full strength chelsea team and that makes it alright ?
I'd like to see manu get a few starts in the prem now, looks good on the ball and will be more confident with the more experienced players around him.
No shit! 90% of players who come through the academy of a good team get their chance because of an injury crisis.
