Will we let him go?
No mate, I reckon not.

Well Figaro to all these yellow bellied cunts then. I'd rather trust that he can make us magnifico again.
I'm afraid some people don't have the constitution to properly enjoy supporting a club at the top of club football, when results such as tonight can become accentuated and lacking a sense of perspective, they completely overreact to the inevitable setbacks that all clubs encounter from time to time.

Spare me my life from this monstrosity.

So you think you can stone him and spit in his eye-eye-eye.

Stop being rational. We need to execute everyone before the Sheikh gets bored.

That maybe true, but this is not some 1 off loss against some lesser side, this is weeks now of tired over used tactics that every club and its cat knows about, and every club now has their 'gameplan' which, strangely, seems to always work.

This is not a setback. This is becoming a serious problem fast, and this weekend is the real breaking point. A serious 'must-win'. A tired phrase it may be, but it applies.

We don't (so much) have tactics under Pellegrini, we have an ethos. He's trying to turn us into a 'big' club and the players are letting him down, as they did Mancini (Pellgrini's rotation of the defence aside). If I'm wrong, we'll lose on Sunday (because he'll go with the same tactics and the rags have a full week to prepare for them); if I'm right we'll win (because the players will actually give a shit about this game).

Congrats to Newcastle though, they came with a plan to stop us and it worked. I'm guessing there will be much merriment in the North East tonight, especially round the Quayside area ;)

Everyone has a fucking gameplan and it always works though
. Chelsea, West Ham, CSKA, Stoke, Roma and now Newcastle executed a gameplan they prepared and succeeded. Fucking gameplans.

Were so fucking predictable its a joke. 2 strikers, 2 midfielders, soak pressure until our centre halves are in your half/corner, then bang hit on the counter OR crowd the midfield and press so we look lost in possession and fall apart.

Its so fucking basic, yet we do it time and time again and dont change. Its infuriating.

Well clearly ours didn't. Who's responsibility is that?

It's not a 'must win' though is it? By saying that you merely serve to advance the point I made in my post.

Are you saying if Chelsea lose this weekend and we draw that the title is utterly beyond us, no matter what?

All sides have poor periods in the course of a season. I'll be content to start evaluating ours sometime around Easter, not before Halloween, especially when we're in third place in the League.

A serious problem? Sorry mate, not even close.
