Funny how people can have such fine lines between legend and clown. :)

Funny how some can hold their hands up and actually admit that they were wrong, whereas others are still stuck in the same point-scoring timewarp, and seem more concerned with reigniting old feuds.

It seems even in victory you're a bitter miserable unpleasant troll. Enjoy your own massiveness mate.

I couldn't be happier Billy - I'm off to the parade shortly - you may catch the highlights on the television.
Just as you saw yesterday's events unfold.
Maybe when I come back you will have managed to start the row you are so desperately craving so badly that it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Toodle pip, mon petit sejour Parisien.

I think quite a few top class managers would deliver trophies at City.

Pellegrini is special because he can do it while having an uncompromising attack philosophy. Even neutrals tune in to watch our games just to see the spectacle of 5 or 6 goals. And he's a nice guy so he doesn't wear out his welcome like Mourinho and Van Gaal. No wonder Malaga named a street after him.

How many managers can you say that about?

It's definitely the thing which makes him "special". Pellegrini's a world class manager. The only thing which stopped him being given that label prior to this season was his lack of big european trophies. However winning the PL and a domestic cup whilst playing attacking football has now certainly elevated him to world class status.

I think the Mancini Pellegrini debate can finally be put to bed.

2 of the greatest managers in our history.

Forza Mancini, now it's the turn of the Engineer. Both have amazing qualities, both are winners. Both have flaws, both have strengths.

There is no comparing to be made, let's just love both for what they have delivered.
couldn't have put it better myself good post

Yep Great post.

Were you supposed to quote your own quote then?

You don't have a day off do you?

I love the chap. Classy, classy man.

I think i've heard the words class and classy used to describe Pellegrini over a hundred times in the last 24 hours. He's definitely doing something right as I think they even used it on the Sunday Supplement.
