Gutted the original threads got deleted, must have been some cracking comments in them early days. De niro's "clown" comment will have to make do, but I'm sure there would have been some even more clueless comments.

What a man, what a manager
Apparently Arsenal are about to win 'our' cup.

Is it ours?

Can't be that many managers that have done so well in their first season?

Ancelotti won the league & fa cup, Jose won the league and league cup

What about pre premier league?

There's nothing wrong with pelli now he's learned his lesson. It takes a big man to change tack. Well done him I say.

Apparently we have a divine right to win it, so yes, the bastards!

Maybe it could have been 'our' cup, however, you can pretty much guarantee it wouldn't have then been 'our' Championship.

I'm more than happy with our 'little' lot:-))

I think the Mancini Pellegrini debate can finally be put to bed.

2 of the greatest managers in our history.

Forza Mancini, now it's the turn of the Engineer. Both have amazing qualities, both are winners. Both have flaws, both have strengths.

There is no comparing to be made, let's just love both for what they have delivered.

I'll drink to that. Big respect to both of them. They have already helped to shape our history.

Spot on De Niro.

MP has learnt a lot and adapted in his first and great season. After Cardiff away he recognised the importance of a big centre forward in helping to defend corners. After losing to Chelsea in the league he strengthened our midfield to beat them in the Cup. No doubt there are other examples.

Thank you very much Manuel for helping to make us Champions again. Long may this continue!!
