And Garcia isn't paid to do a job?

Go to 10:20 and 13:00 on the Everton highlights and you'll see exactly why he is such an embarrassingly poor player next to those that are around him. If you still can't see it, then quite frankly I couldn't give a fuck. You simply won't ever get it.

I said Mancini would be sacked, he was sacked. I said Balotelli would be a disaster for us, he was a disaster. Supported Kompany, Richards when they were getting slagged off. I said we needed to bring Tevez back if we wanted to win the league. I was one of the few that weren't creaming themselves over the thought of signing Rooney. Said we shouldn't sell De Jong or replace Johnson with Sinclair. Said we should play Kolarov instead of Clichy if we wanted to score more goals - he's got more assists than any other defender. Fuck me, if I'm a 'wum' (you should be embarrassed if you are an adult male and are using that term) then what the fuck are you?

To be honest, I'm not interested in a massive debate and I honestly don't know who you are and I don't care, but I'm actually one of the few on here who supports City rather than the managers and players of the club, and just wanted to remind everyone of how upset they got when it turned out that Mancini wasn't the idol they thought he was.

You can't be that big a city fan, mate, because if you were you d be aware fernandinho is carrying a knock and has been advised to play a bit-part for the last few weeks. That's why Garcia has been starting.

Oh, and your last sentence doesn't apply to a significant number of us on here.

I watched him play 70 minutes at Goodison and he looked perfectly fine. If he was injured, then my judgment on Pellegrini is misinformed, but I don't think he was which is why I'm hesitant to label Pellegrini the next messiah.
He's carrying a thigh/abductor problem, he and MP have both confirmed it, do you think he would have come on for 60 mins at Goodison if Aguero hadn't had that Groin strain?

Think Garcia will always be a player that divides opinion amongst fans, he has improved definitely over the last few games but I still think his lack of pace will find him out by the very top teams and I think Bergeristan has realised that hence the incoming fernando

I agree with that. But he's been the only credible option whilst fernandinho has been injured. And he's done bloody well too, as results have shown. He does give us a great solidity but fernandinho is a miles better player.

Read the last sentence in this article. Your judgement is indeed ill informed.

He didn't get manager of the year because he thinks Garcia is a better player than Fernandinho.

If Garcia had got a second yellow against Everton (as he maybe should have), or if Hart's fingertips hadn't have stopped Naismith's shot when Barkley glided past Garcia, or if the ref had given a penalty when Garcia tugged Deulofeu's shirt, we wouldn't have won the league and the media would be all over Pellegrini, rightly asking why the best squad in England hasn't won the league. Garcia is shit and can't run, and the fact that Pellegrini can't see that gives away the fact that he isn't ever going to be a great manager and will end up going the same way as Mancini.

I don't wanna piss on anyone chips since we've just won the league but why not try and keep our feet on the ground and celebrate the success of the club rather than turning individuals into Mancini-like idols only for the forum to be heartbroken a year down the line when he gets found out. Fair enough if we'd won the league by 15 points, but he was a lucky decision away from underachieving.

Also your point about Hart's save is a fucking wank one too - that is what he is paid to do, and frankly Manual did a brilliant job managing Joe Hart this season, which Joe has admitted himself.

And Garcia isn't paid to do a job?

You also said Welbeck was better than Balotelli.

He proved many doubters wrong and has guided us to silverware with the vest football I've witnessed and with not a single drama en route. Dignified, graceful and gentlemanly.

We have the right man here.

I'm proud to be a City fan and I am delighted that Pellegrini is at a club where he can fill the cabinet with trophies that he deserves to win.

I'm so proud. Never been happier. I shed a few tears watching him get flung into the air by the team.

Here's to a great future with The Charming Man at the helm.

Mis amigos, por favor, no alimentar al troll.

Muchas gracias.

Garcia isn't good enough, clearly, hence we're looking to replace him with Fernando but this is a stupid post. No way does Pellegrini think Garcia is better than Fernandinho.

No-one but Fernandinho is gonna know how much of an injury he had, but he looked absolutely fine against Everton and I still think the decision to leave him out wasn't based on his injury (but I guess we won't know that till next season). Aguero and Silva played through injury so I can't see why Fernandinho could not when he looked just as fit, if not fitter than them two.
