Absolutely not true. There were massive ter Stegen rumours as early as March.

Lloris is nearly 30 though - we'd likely get 4/5 very good seasons out of him.

Ter Stegen is just 24 - we could get a decade of service.

When it comes to really big signings, age does seem to be the key factor.
