If it's true that Hart is out I'll be sad in the sense we will be losing our longest serving player who has had a major role in our recent success.

However I can't see how Joe fits into Pep's City. In the only match he was involved in he kept kicking the ball away needlessly. Willy is struggling with Pep's system but he is at least trying, Joe didn't seem to try at all.

I wonder how bad the falling out joe had if that rumor was true, suspect it was. It'll be interesting to see if Gunn is on the bench.
 
Too much in all these rumours about Pep not fancying Hart for there to be nothing in it. Will always love Joe Hart but if we wanted Pep, and we all do, he has to be allowed to make his own decisions even if not necessarily what the fans want.

At Bayern the players know that no matter what and even if they or he is under pressure - they can play the ball back to Neuer. It is not just that sweeper keeper thing that makes him so valuable - he is like an additional field player who as a field player would atleast be able to play 2nd or 3rd league.

We have to discuss what is a top goalie in today's footballing world as well as what is a top defender or a top attacker - as it is not just about being a shot stopper, about being able to win 1vs1s against a attacker or about shooting goals what defines all that - especially when we do not talk only about footballers as simple individualists but about getting most out of them through in some kind of a system. In Pep's system - and we do not have to talk about if it is with a wing focus or central action, more attack or more midfield orientated, it is important that defenders have ball distribution skills as well as the goalkeeper. That is more important than if he is able to hold 80% or 81 % of the shots than go onto his goal...

His transfer fee will tell you he is not shit. We will get 40 million for him. Mixed feelings but we have to trust our manager. This guy on just saying seems very confident and I think we will use the 40 million we get from Everton to buy a striker.

He's regressed though Karen,I'd say there has been words between them as it looks like a decision has been made, too early for my liking, you can't get away from Te Stagen being a very good keeper though and five years younger.
