That's a worry then. I know he's only 21, but if he's in and out of the Wolves team, what makes people think he's good enough to start for City?

He may have played a blinder in selling terms, but sooner or later,he will be buying players for Brighton, who are going to cost him a lot more than this time last week.Why? He’s played an absolute blinder.

Clearly you don't understand economics and the implications of you're actions.frustrating because this is good signing for Chelsea going to make them even better defensively. I literally give two shits about the fee. Does he improve them? Yes he does. I don’t understand this thing about fees, surely if the player improves your team you pay it.

Great signing for Chelsea, if you think he’s of the quality required then you pay the fee.
Potentially the best part of a decade of having the player, or even 5 years and some re-sale value.
City’s penny pinching over this one could be something we regret.
Walker £50m, Mendy £50m (ffs), Cancelo ~£50m. Stones £50m, Laporte £60m, Ake £40m, Dias £60m.
As an outsider it was pretty clear what the valuation would be.

That is absolutely ridiculous money. Well done Brighton and oh my Chelsea. No way we should (would) have paid anything like that for that profile of a signing. Glad we walked away. Not only will Brighton be laughing all the way to the bank but Arsenal must think they won the lotto getting a versatile Zincenko for half that.
