Feels like this will happen fast now. The best source too.
It will happen but will be an expensive one and we probably will shell out £10m extra to buy him

We won't shell out £10m "extra", we'll offer what we think he's worth to us.It will happen but will be an expensive one and we probably will shell out £10m extra to buy him
I wasn't trying to undermine your information. Some people seem to have taken my post the wrong way. I merely meant "clarification" on if we had had it posted here that an offer had been made and rejected as I couldn't quite remember. It seems that some took that as me implying I didn't believe our ITK; that wasn't what I meant. I thought it was clear I was stating it was perfectly possible Bloom was lying (as he may well be expected to do in the circumstances). If you did pass on that an offer was made and rejected, of course I believe you did so in good faith and believing the information to be genuine.I only pass on stuff I know or trust is accurate mate.
I think over the years I’ve become relatively reliable, but then again there are people on here who believe I’m full of shit!
I don't think that and nothing I posted implies that I do. Just because Bloom isn't "obliged to update fans" doesn't mean he wasn't "lying" in his answer. In fact it makes it more likely he was. No idea why you took offence to my use of the word. I wasn't using it about anyone in City or on this forum.Lying? Why do people think that anyone involved at a club from the tea lady up are obliged to update fans about anything whatsoever. We've become a very needy society.
(is the term "tea lady" sexist and not allowed nowadays BTW? :) )
It's just the excitement of being a football fan and the hope of signing a quality player. You will also know that public denials are often not the end game, and are often not the same as what is happening privately. I am sure that most City fans wish Brighton well for the season ahead; they are a well coached team playing nice football.
Is he actually any good ? the only time I saw him play was the last 30 minutes against spurs near the end of the season and he was pants, looked poor defensively...Yes. All we get told is we don't want to sell and therefore it will take a very big offer for you to get him. Any valuation is our own opinion. For me anything under £60m would be a disappointment. That doesn't mean Mr Bloom agrees with me.
