Marc Cucurella

So, if we offered Zinny for Cucurella Brighton would snap our hands off?

If they felt that Cucu strongly wanted to go anyway, if we were prepared to offer a considerable amount of money, and if Zin wanted to go to Brighton , to get pretty much guaranteed first team football, and in his natural position, (and to enjoy the beach), everybody could do a whole lot worse than that deal. It would be intelligent all round. And by the way, no, I don't want to lose Zin. I just feel that the recruitment of Cucurella would conclude an almost perfect transfer window.

True. But.

He was a talent in Spain. Brighton got there first. In his FIRST SEASON in the PL he was Brighton's player of the season. He stood out a mile as Brighton's best player. I noticed him straightaway, like many City fans did. He's a lovely, lovely, passer of the ball (just what Pep loves), he can tackle, he's fast, and in general he doen't make mistakes. And most importantly he's only 23, which means his best years are yet to come. He could be our full back for at least another 10 years if he signs for City? He's worth £50mill in the current transfer market.
100% spot on

In the home game last season, he had Mahrez in his pocket, even allowing himself several ventures forward.

Very impressed with him.
