I can't see the club selling Ake without having another CB lined up, especially after the way we suffered from injuries in those positions last season.If we are selling Ake then there will be a place for Zin.

He’ll be fighting for LB with cucurella. Cancelo will be going back to the right and will only play left back if both zina and cucurella are injured I imagineIf Zinchenko becomes our 3rd choice left back, how much game time do you think he will get?

I think it depends on how Pep lines up this season. If he plays more with a 4-2-3-1 then that means the fullbacks would push up. Cancelo isn't ideal for doing this on the left to create width. So possibility for Zinch to rotate with Cucurella if he comes while Cancelo rotating with Walker.If Zinchenko becomes our 3rd choice left back, how much game time do you think he will get?
Saying this though Pep won't go with 1 formation all season. He'll go back and forth between a 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 depending on the opposition.

It is...you are right...Cucurella technically a replacement for he who won't be named...a new CB would come on as a replacement for Ake...Why is Zinky an issue thought that was the lad on bail ?
