Alvarez Did. Oretaga technically did, as he didnt need a fee agreed.

Now I don’t mind walking away if they was wanting more than 50m, if it’s true that chelsea are prepared to pay the 50m valuation that’s being reported then I think it’s crazy to miss out on your number one target, top target and who you’ve chased all summer, for seemingly a small difference in what we’ve offered. I went to buy a car priced at £7250. . I offered £6500 because it was exactly what I needed. The dealer said offer £7249.99 and you still can’t have it because you won’t find anything for the same price and condition to match . I checked up and he was right - so I paid up and had 3 years very good motoring.Did I fret about the extra £750 - not one bit.
