Mcatee and Delap playing in the Premier league on loan would be massive for us.
Thanks S.I hope so, mate!
Hope you are well, good to see you posting!
I am all for McAtee going on loan he is at a cross roads where he needs a top level full match game time and fitness, but Delap is another matter, 62 games hopefully next season Haaland will not start or finish all of them, plus we need to adjust to him, having a back up similar in style will help Delap will get plenty of time on the pitch next season injuries permitting.
Not that i expect it, but I could see Alavrez being integrated in the team as one of the wide positions first (as Pep tends to do). Delap being used as a like-for-like backup for Haaland in the new with a Bruteforce tipped #9 system.Delap should go on loan. Haaland, Alvarez and the false 9 system all likely ahead of him
I can understand that, but for me Alvarez is the unknown the one that has to prove his worth,it would be too easy for our present players not to adapt with Alvarez, 62 games is enough for 3 strikers especially with 5 subs?Delap should go on loan. Haaland, Alvarez and the false 9 system all likely ahead of him
I remember one of his early matches pre injury against I think Watford where his crosses and movement on the left created a shed load of opportunities for I think Aguero and Jesus.
Bournemouth, Brighton and Nottingham would all make great places for him. The latter are looking at Kabore too.Delap should go on loan. Haaland, Alvarez and the false 9 system all likely ahead of him
I think you have a couple of first teamers in there:)
Yup. just for the senior heads that as always in the mix.I think you have a couple of first teamers in there:)
These are arguably the first lot the academy has produced that look like they have a shot at making that step tbf.Our loan track record is not that great to turn those loan player into reguler first team player for us.
Zinchenko remain to be the exception and even then he is not academy player like Delap and McAtte. Zinny also not a reguler starter but just a good squad player.
The moment they do get loaned, the lower they have a chance to be a first team player for us in the future.

Yeah, need to get the loan team right. Making it from PL2 to the 1st team mix is gonna take a perfect storm of factors for the next lot.It will be remain to be seen, having huge potential doesn't mean they have higher chance to make it.
They need to see Zinchenko as role model, it will takes an unbelieavable grit and determination to make the first team squad after getting loaned. The ball is on their hand, will they make it or not. It's all up to them.
By know nowts definitely but the pro's rate him highly. There's a lot worse places for our youngsters to get first-team experience than Brighton. Love the way they play, personally. Think Potter is really underrated.
he's a ****.A link up with BHA and Potter makes perfect sense. Potter is comfortably the best young home based manager/coach in the home leagues and could well have a role in CFG - and possibly City! - in the near future.
?? in what way Bill ?he's a ****.
