Mario Balotelli

In the next 'arry Redknapp article, how he was offered David Silva for £8,000,000.

Hugely unlikely scenario. 'He' would never make such a mistake. It would have been the chairman's fault not sanctioning the wages, or another club blowing him out of the water, or his dog not filing the paperwork correctly.

Pure speculation on my part, but I get the feeling that the Arsenal game was a real critical moment in his career. Pretty much been a model citizen since then and last night's performance (forget the goals) was simply awesome. That said...still some work to do. Ripping the shirt off was senseless. He knew he was going to get a yellow for it and there was still more than a half to play against an amazing team. Never would have been subbed off if he wasn't on a yellow and he put his chance to play in the final at risk.

Still though, wow. If he comes back with the attitude he showed last night Aguero and Falcao (wishful thinking) will have a real fight on their hands for number 1 striker come October.
I like the cut of your jib, sir.

Twitcher - "I wanted to buy Mario" - Daily Fail

wise after the event again
but I forgot .....
City blew you out of the water

He's a laugh a minute. I don't think there is a good footballer alive he didn't try and sign, though we only hear about it after said footballer has already gained massive acclaim.

I bet he's the same with his mates down the pub........"yeah, I could have had that Kate Middleton bird, I really fancied her coz she's really tasty but that Prince bloke got there just before me........"

Had him for a hat trick, 80-1, had a great game, sure he would have got it if he had stayed on. bobby manc has allways said what a talent he is. lets hope he will go from strength to strength, cos when he on fire, he is some player, if rooney had scored those goals the m.e.n would be bringing out a special edition., sky sports would be showing them non stop. " SUPER SUPER MARIO ".

Some piccies I found today of Mario at his unplayable best last night;
