Agreed. Coincidence that the charge down the home straight for the title was accomplished with Mario not in the side (after his ban for the daft sending off at Arsenal, Bob didn't pick him to start when he was available again)?

I'm guessing no-one else has bothered to note the persistent rumours going back and forth in the past few months. Balotelli's agent saying Mourinho wants him, Balotelli saying he doesn't want to go to Chelsea, then Balotelli sending out a tweet saying "this is the end", Luiz saying he'd be great for Chelsea, Berlusconi now saying they are selling. It has all the hallmarks of a transfer. I'd actually be more surprised if it didn't happen. Chelsea need goals, he's a type of player Mourinho usually gets the best from which Mourinho will know himself. I think it's very much on.

I don't think it's fair to say he could get the best out of him when a Mancini managed Balotelli outscores a Mourinho managed one
