Tentative reports coming out of Germany have linked Stuttgart striker Mario Gomez with a move to Manchester City. If nothing else it should provide us with some 'Super Mario' headlines...

now this guy would be a great target man an would get his fair share of goals. not sure how much he would cost but would rather have gomez than rsc.

must admit not seen that much of gomez apart from the odd european game.looks a strong player who can hold the ball up.had a big reputation to live up to in euro 08 but we all know what happened there.looked a donkey. his stats look as though his confidence hasnt been affected though since.
