It would have to be a very different Manchester City to be worth having him back. I liked Mario too much to watch him rot here.

Fact is he could'nt cut the mustard for the most part in the Prem. He will find his level in Italy if he can behave that is and learn to play the game as part of a team.

I always hoped Balo would do well in a sky blue shirt. But it just didn't work out, and moving on was in everybody's best interests, as his rare flashes of brilliance were too infrequent. Giving a youngster a silly nickname like Super-Mario is never a good idea. Selling him last week for that price was good business. For most of this season the team had become a Mario-Free zone. I was hoping that this forum might now become a Mario-Free zone.
