Mario's attitude

I've come to the conclusion I will never understand this obsession with celebrating goals.

You'll be telling us you actually enjoy the match next and that there's more to football than choreographed celebrations.

I blame WWE but then I blame WWE for most things.

How can people get wound up by him not celebrating?

If his attitude was that bad then he wouldn't have been scoring.

He should start tomorrow for me, in place of Dzeko. Would love to see Mario with Dave, Kun and Nasri playing with him.

Balotelli doesn't start in my City team tomorrow. He'll be a good sub if we need to score later on in the match. Just watch the highlights of the Birmingham match and see him refusing to celebrate after he scores AGAIN. He's a complete tosser.

So you keep saying.

I'll try to stop. I'll try. The problem is that his sulky little face and behavioural problems irritate the living daylights out of me. Give me 10% of his talent and I'd establish a career as a Professional Footballer (albeit one who goes fucking crazy when he scores.)

I want him to succeed for City but how much more do we have to put up with?

-- Fri Sep 23, 2011 7:39 pm --

Start in place of Dzeko?! What on earth are you on? He's been outstanding so far this season whilst Balotelli has barely got a kick. Everton are going to be a real test tomorrow and I want the best team out.

The last City player who never celebrated his goals was Anelka and we lost money on him. He then celebrated goals for Bolton etc. Something isn't right.

I just hope he doesn't come on and score a last minute winner tomorrow in case I have to experience the agony of him not celebrating it.

Doses it really matter whether a player celebrates after he scores a goal or not. Frankly I am not that bother, as long as we win the game. Some players have fancy celebrations when they score what for ?. Just enjoy the moment and let the player celebrate how he feels comfortable, if that means just getting a pat on the back then so be it. Who are we the fans to tell a player how he should or shouldn't celebrate.

Superb to watch him run over to Mancini today, looked like a kid who had just scored his first goal. If there is someone in there willing to use this world class talent he has, we've got exactly the right bloke to get it out of him.

There you go you anti-non-celebration moaners :p
