I don't think he has as many haters as you guys think to be honest, most find his antics either amusing or took out of context/proportion by the daily mail, most see through their agenda.....

I'd be happy for Spurs to take him on loan for next season if Ade doesn't work out permanent ;)

To be honest, he'd probably benefit greatly from being played in a central role for Spurs then in the wings of a 4/3/3....Might be wrong but is he really going to get the game time needs with City's strikeforce at the moment? hmm...

When Tevez does a runner to Brazil in January he'll be getting plenty of game time. The futures bright, the futures Mario

He, like Mancini, have really high standards and his pursuit to perfection could either help him to become world-class or hinder him. Let's hope it's not the latter and Mario can realize his potential!

It's just another thing that makes him unique and winds up the others even more

love the guy and i think it is just another of his quirks or affectations etc. As long as he keeps banging the goals in i am not arsed what he does. It does strike me though that it is in many ways far more honest than running about like a loon and kissing the badge and all that. Forza Mario.

I'd love it if a player scored and did a little dance and sung a little song.

Corradi was better than Aguero thanks to his choreographed celebrations with Barton, that's just a simple fact that most people don't seem to understand.

Colin Bell's celebrations were shit too, proof he's a myth. Same with Best and Pele, the miserable, over rated, shitty footed bastards.

Soccer!

All of the players we have at the club Mario is by far the one who makes my opinion change constantly, today, he's doing my head in again.

On the whole he's loved by the fans ( me included most days ) has by far the best song for a current player, and is rarely set upon by groups of fans for his attitude.

last nights goal was a quality finish and his first of the season, and he should've at least been happy about it, and if he was he should be showing it to the fans, i know he was quoted once as only wanting to celebrate goals against worthy opposition but i think its taking the piss now and its getting boring.

there was a thread yesterday asking which players read the forum, if you are reading this Mario, could you at least act like you give a fuck ?!

Rant over

Give me Mario's celebrations over Tevez's childish antics when he scores any day. Its the one time Mario actually acts like an adult, and he still gets slagged off....

-- Fri Sep 23, 2011 1:01 am --

If you was a brick layer, and you finnished your job, would you run around and cheer? To Mario, its his day job to score. I like the 'So what, its my job?' attitude, its something different.

think of it this way then, if he doesn't give a shit when he does score, how concerned is he when he isn't scoring......

He is very concerned I would say.

Hey everyone, remember Captain Teve'z fucking ridiculous little jig he did everytime he scored? He looked well pleased to be scoring and we all know how committed he turned out to be...?

If he runs around like a knobhead after scoring against a crap Birmingham side everyone would call him arrogant etc - get off his case and let him get on with his job!!!

nah not having that, he didn't even jog over to thank for the assist, or raise his arm, or smile.
