Mark Clattenburg

ive said it befor and will say it again, he saw the adebayor/van rapist clash and said play on, only buckled when adebayor did the slide and media went mad, also told mark hughes at H/Y that he didnt like bellamy then sent him off at bolton, everyone forgot anderson on richards, that game couldve gone a different way.

-- Sun Sep 16, 2012 3:12 pm --

can tell he's skint hes sold all his tight fitting shirts to marriner

Mark clattenburg had a poor game yesterday but i still say we should have defended better yesterday

I thought we defended quality yesterday and looked to be heading back to our old solid look at the back. What happened with cheating bastard crouch batting it round Lescott, then bringing down with his arm can not be helped by the defence.Surely the officials must've seen one of these incidents.

Also lets not forget his shocking performance in the swamp 6-1, when he booked Mario for his 'why always me'
If a player lifts his shirt over his head, it's an automatic yellow card. Can't blame him for that. That's the rule; he had no choice in that case.

hardest job in football and you dont have tv replays to help you
sky and the bbc pundits have about 10 looks at it before saying anything

i would not be a ref in the premier league
Maybe.....but one you can make easier for yourself with good positioning and game understanding something Clattenburg has neither of, his positioning for Crouches hand ball was not the best making it impossible to see with all the bodies in the way, it's no coincidence that this poor excuse for a ref gets a lot of big calls wrong

Maybe he'll walk away

Instead of watching crouch play basketball we could still have cleared the ball.As 4 battenburg he needs to go to spec savers
