Mark Clattenburg

Not sure about the "cheat" comments. I just think he has a huge ego and wants to be seen on TV. By making outragous decisions he can make sure the camera's are getting a good view of the new rodent on his head!

He's a good ref who generally likes to let the game flow and doesn't like to book players. He missed two major incidents yesterday, though, and wasn't helped by the other officials.

pmsl.

thats one hell of a try.

Also lets not forget his shocking performance in the swamp 6-1, when he booked Mario for his 'why always me'

He was good in that game, IMO. Could've bottled the red card on Evans.

You missed that cast iron penalty when Anderson hacked down Richards then? And that was at 1-0. A potential game changer.

Don't think any ref would have given that at OT, tbh, I don't hold it against him.

I think you will find he was more helpless to do anything rather than good mate. He did not give us anything other than what was blatantly warranted which is what you seem to call good and I call competent. I do remember him doing some kind of weird hokey cokey coming together hand gesture when one of their defenders scythed down Richards when it was looking like it could get embarrasing for the rags though.

As far as I can see the man is plainly more than just incompetent based on his performances in the three subsequent games he's reffed us since that day. Not to mention the fact he was a regular at owed trafford before that day but almost a year on he still has not reffed them since, in any capacity. The whole thing stinks if you ask me, but I suppose if a number of games last season is anything to go by we are gonna have to get used to it.

Sad but tells us all we need to know

The sooner the Govan pisscan fooks off the sooner we may finally have a level playing field.

It all starts again - United get a penalty after 4 minutes for the most blatant dive since Ashley Young's two belly flops last season or the Welbeck karate kick on a Wigan player and during the same weekend we get fucked by Clattenburg twice with a "basketball" goal and the none sending off of Wilkinson for a clear elbow on Balotelli. How predictable.

Let's not forget the corner Webb gave us against Southampton at home, then when all our players were in the box proceded to change his mind and award them a goal kick and 20 seconds later the ball is in our net. Or the free kick for handball against Rodwell at Anfield which I'm sure even Slur Alex would have been embarrassed to have give if he had been referee.

Just saying....
