Like Carrager pointed out from his viewpoint he couldn't even see it.
Refs have a hard job. Some decisions that are wrong can be understandable. Then decisions like this penalty given for Spurs and the penalty not given vs Everton are just disgraceful.

The penalty, the 'off sides' and that tackle one Sterling by Rose... He was absolutely shite today.
As for Pochettino, I doubt he saw clearly whether or not it was a penalty from the other side of the pitch. But from my view in 107 it was pretty obviously accidental, he wasn't even looking at the ball.
